Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide the commerce platform, checkout, security and related services that allow us to operate the store. Shopify may process information in countries other than your own.

7. Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or authorised third-party payment providers. If you subscribe to marketing, we may send product news, launch information and other ORCUS updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the link included in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending service messages about an order, payment, delivery, return or warranty claim.

ORCUS operates an international e-commerce store and uses service providers that may process personal information outside the country in which you live. Where required, we use contractual, organisational or other recognised safeguards for international transfers and require providers to protect personal information in accordance with applicable law.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilment, customer support, warranty administration, fraud prevention and compliance with accounting, tax, legal and regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the transaction and applicable law. Information is deleted, anonymised or securely restricted when it is no longer required.
